I consider myself to be blessed for the fact that I have recovered from Tongue Cancer.I was diagnosed with Cancer of Tongue in 2018.I went to Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. I underwent Surgery and I was referred to Dr Tanweer Shahid at Apollo Hospital, Kolkata.
I was very fortunate to meet finest of the Doctors at both Tata Memorial and Apollo Kolkata.
I undertook my Radiation under care of Dr Tanweer/Dr Mukti/Dr Arundhati.
I believe that the reason why the Team Apollo stands apart is because of their behaviour and friendliness.
I still remember when I was extremely nervous on the First day of my radiation and how Dr Arundhati and Dr Mukti counselled me.Even the staff (Ms Rubi and Ms Papiya)are so courteous at Apollo.
